What not to include in feedback
Do not send passwords, PINs, payment information or sensitive personal details. A game report normally needs only the page, device and sequence of actions. Remove private information from any description you copy. Use a separate sentence for each step when that helps.
Understanding form submission
Your email address and message are saved privately for review. A success message means the submission was stored; it is not a promise of an immediate reply. Keep a copy of a long message before submitting it. One complete report is better than repeated short submissions.
